12:39 am	It has been a breeze until this week. The past 36 hours have been insane. I now believe the rumors about architecture majors. I havnt been sleeping much this week, 2-4 hours a night, i lost 10 pounds since i have been here, and i think it will only get worse. My roommate has already dropped out, he is not the only one, and i can only assume more will follow. There was chaos today in the architecture building. Most classes had their final first project critique. Every night i see people crying, everynight the studios are filled with students at 3am in the morning. I dont know why we put up with it. Its a bit much. Yeah the work load is crazy and it is stressful, but its not that which bothers me the most. Not to sound pompous, but the truth is im always use to being the best, and i can easily say im not the best here. its driving me nuts. I miss you all and hopefully yr coming home for thanksgiving. 11:54 am	The End is Near This might be my last posting of candide faces. My architecture classes will become more demanding and time consuming Im glad i was able to spend time with the Miami kids in the city. Me and my friends spoon on a regular bases. We formed a spooning club at Pratt on Facebook. Some pics of my campus One of the 12 cats on campus. Who used my bed as a litter box. My suite mate, just a little bit happy. The MIA peeps. 11:02 am	Im in New York, and lovin it. The campus is beautiful and the ppl are friendly. First night here, huge party, and yes it was crunk to my surprise. My dorm is super nice, big and new, and i have some cool roommates. I still have doubts, this is going to be a huge change. But i think i will enjoy the experience. (Come in my pocket)

2:22 pm	Last night was unexpected. A reunion from middle and elemetray school. Daniella Alex Christina Julio Bedoya Marcela Paige Luiza Not all there together, but just happened to be there. 1:43 pm	Im Not Ready! The more and more i read about Pratt on the live journal community the more discouraged I get. Here are just a few of the many comments former students have to say about the Architecture program. All of which deal with my sleep. I NEED SLEEP! -arch students on average don't sleep much. try to sleep a little every day even if you think you don't have time. pulling all nighters often the first part of the semester will burn you out and its easier to get hurt that way. -Be understanding if you have an arch roomie....buy a sleep mask and ear plugs for when they're up at 4 in the morning, and always assume they're asleep during the day when you come back from class. -Figure out which books in the library are Downy soft. As an Arch major, you will be sleeping on them quite often. -I had no problems, issues or fights with my roommate. I think it was because he was never in the room, he was an arch major. He would mostly sleep in his studio, pulling all nighters. I don't know how the arch kids do it. (9 Comments |Come in my pocket)
